Paints • Primers • Grouts
Recommended paints adhere well to surfaces such as bricks, concrete, mineral renders, and maintain their intense color for a long time. They provide good protection for walls constructed from various materials. It is important to choose paints that are suitable for the specific substrate they will be applied to. On the other hand, the use of primers is a crucial step in renovation and finishing works. The durability of paint, applied renders, tiles, or screeds depends on the proper selection and appropriate use of primers. The offered products are resistant to water and frost.

Quartz-based silicate-polymer primer is a product used for priming substrates before applying thin-layer silicate renders and fillers.
Properties:
- Facilitates the application of renders/plasters
- Increases adhesion to the substrate
- Waterproof
- Provides excellent coverage
- Suitable for application with a roller or brush
The quartz primer facilitates the application of thin-layer silicate renders used on both exterior and interior surfaces of buildings. It is recommended for priming the reinforced mesh layer in external insulation systems such as Ceresit Ceretherm, as well as for traditional renders. The primer can also be applied on surfaces such as chipboards, gypsum boards, gypsum renders, various types of concrete, and strong paint coatings. Priming the substrate with the quartz primer significantly reduces its absorbency, preventing rapid drying of subsequently applied materials. The inclusion of fine aggregate makes the primed surfaces rough and resistant to scratching. It promotes surface development, thereby enhancing the adhesion of renders, fillers, and paints. The primer has excellent coverage and effectively evens out the substrate, preventing stains from appearing on colored silicate renders.
